jCamp 2013 opens at Washington & Lee University

High school students from five states, including West Virginia, Ohio, New York, Maryland, and Virginia, entered Reid Hall at Washongton & Lee University to begin jCamp 2013. They were welcomed by an opening session by Bobby Hawthorne explaining how to write better stories as young journalists.
